Chris is a lifelong athlete who used the fundamentals of strength and conditioning to succeed in sports such as wrestling. Since high school, he has known he wanted to help people through fitness. His entire adult life has been devoted to training, from earning a bachelor's degree in kinesiology to gaining hands-on experience working at Gold's Gym and Pivot Physical Therapy. He aims to set the standard for personal training in the area by delivering results his clients can't get anywhere else.

Emily's fitness journey began as a teenager, when she developed an interest in running and nutrition. She initially came to Swift Fitness as a client and quickly developed a passion for strength training. She joined the team in 2021 and now manages studio operations in addition to training clients. Using her strong background in nutrition, she has helped dozens of people lose 20 pounds or more and feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies.

Matt is a former amateur boxer with experience training all ages and fitness levels. He specializes in body transformation, weight loss, and hypertrophy, in addition to general strength training. Matt has a passion for bodybuilding, with recent success training a client to first place and a pro card. He takes a technical but fun approach to strength training, taking pride in ensuring clients feel comfortable while making sessions both challenging and enjoyable.

Kayla began her fitness journey at Swift Fitness. She lost over 100 pounds within her first two years of training with Chris. She's an embodiment of what hard work can achieve, and she goes out of her way to help her clients achieve similar results.
