1-on-1

PRIVATE PERSONAL  TRAINING

During our private personal training sessions, our clients enjoy the dedicated attention of a SF trainer whose main objectives are to help you get stronger and feel better while also providing you with the resources you need to achieve your health goals. This is all done in the privacy of our training studios and is designed for individuals and small families. Each workout is made to be accommodating, engaging, and intense. We also help our clients find their why — what made them decide to make a change? Your answer will give you the focus to stay on track with your goals. Our private training packages are available for individuals or couples.

Group Training

GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

This isn't your typical group class where everyone follows the same workout. During our group classes, you receive individualized training and a customized, progressive workout program to do alongside fellow group members. We put a personal touch back into group classes by engaging clients one-on-one and tailoring their workouts to them.

family training

Bring the whole family along! During our family training sessions, each participant will receive a personalized workout based upon individual fitness levels and goals. This is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together while also getting strong and fit. Our family training packages are available for groups of three or four.

ATHLETE TRAINING

ATHLETE TRAINING

Our athlete training sessions allow athletes to reach their full potential by developing their strength, power, and speed alongside their teammates. No matter the age or skill level, our sessions are designed to help educate, inspire, and empower athletes to achieve higher levels of performance. Each session is held in our private training facility, with a certified personal trainer.

Boxing bootcamp

These high-intensity classes are designed to help you get fit while simultaneously learning boxing fundamentals and techniques. 

This workout combines cardiovascular exercises with boxing instruction, providing both an effective workout and learning experience. Open to all experience levels. Come get fit and dangerous at SF!

Online

ONLINE TRAINING

Online training was created for individuals who already have training experience but are looking to take their fitness to new levels with one of our coaches. Through the SF app, coaches are able to monitor and progress their client's training with customized workouts. Each workout provides in-depth instructions as well as video tutorials. We believe effective training methods and consistent communication are what separates us from other online services.
